Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Buculeasa kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes, Ionel Galiceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Navigatii Bacău and the FC ANC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Navigatii Bacău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionel Galiceanu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC ANC booed when Navigatii Bacău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Rotariu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes, FC ANC's Mădălin Boeru shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Costin Răchitan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC ANC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Deliman in the 11th minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Costin Răchitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costin Răchitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustinian Iorda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Navigatii Bacău booed when FC ANC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Bodnar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Medrea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Corneliu Cismaș showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Iustinian Iorda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Răchitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Corneliu Cismaș came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Navigatii Bacău fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corneliu Cismaș couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Deliman in the 28th minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Costin Răchitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ionel Galiceanu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. Ionel Galiceanu hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Corneliu Cismaș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Navigatii Bacău's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corneliu Cismaș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Navigatii Bacău's Romeo Melinescu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sebastian Medrea but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, FC ANC's Leonard Duțulescu got a free kick in the 38th minute. Sebastian Medrea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Corneliu Cismaș went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Navigatii Bacău's Costin Răchitan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Buculeasa in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Deliman in the 47th minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Costin Răchitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Corneliu Cismaș stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Medrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Cârlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC ANC's Radu Bodnar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Navigatii Bacău defense, Leonard Duțulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costin Răchitan. The Navigatii Bacău fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Răchitan should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Toader Opriș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Navigatii Bacău's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Duțulescu came free, but Costin Răchitan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Deliman took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Răchitan. Costin Răchitan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Costin Răchitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Iorda in the 70th minute of the match. Teodor Cârlan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A long shot from Ilie Muscaș in the 72nd minute of play was well struck, but Costin Răchitan made a really good save at the right post. In the 75th minute, Marcel Șeitan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicodim Chirnoagă, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 77 minutes into the match, FC ANC's goal looked a bit too open when Corneliu Cismaș came free, but Sebastian Medrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC ANC's Sebastian Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Cismaș in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Navigatii Bacău booed when FC ANC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilie Muscaș didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Corneliu Cismaș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Navigatii Bacău's supporters rose to their feet, but Corneliu Cismaș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Medrea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC ANC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Mădălin Boeru hit a great ball. Navigatii Bacău were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after FC ANC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicodim Chirnoagă took the corner. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
