Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Shefki Vladavić started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vlashers's Narcis Popete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Cărtărescu in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th match minute, Vlashers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Zăraşcu to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Piț kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Cara in the 7th minute of play forced Granicerul's goalkeeper Narcis Coman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes, Granicerul's Dinu Băbescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narcis Popete came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granicerul reached it. Narcis Popete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Corbeanu in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Vlashers's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Corbeanu came free, but Narcis Popete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Vlashers getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Gheorghe Necula hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Florin Corocăescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Narcis Coman however easily saved by the left post. After 23 minutes, Nicolae Stan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granicerul and the Vlashers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Stan to maneuver through the defense. Granicerul's Narcis Coman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shefki Vladavić in the 25th minute of play. Narcis Coman made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Dacian Cara sent off a good shot on target. Aristide Burdulea kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Vlashers's Narcis Popete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Cărtărescu in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dacian Cara got free with Narcis Coman in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Vlashers's Aristide Burdulea got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to Granicerul getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Toader Gabrea hit a great ball. Shefki Vladavić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Piț to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Vlashers defense, Toader Gabrea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narcis Popete. The Vlashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narcis Popete should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Cărtărescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Narcis Coman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Cara in the 51st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doru Corbeanu during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th minute, Doru Corbeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Shefki Vladavić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vlashers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shefki Vladavić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute Shefki Vladavić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Coman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Granicerul's Dorel Albescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narcis Popete narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Radu Jușcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granicerul's supporters rose to their feet, but Radu Jușcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcis Popete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vlashers's Narcis Popete proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Vlashers from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gheorghe Necula during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
