After a rather tough play, ABK Black Warriors73's Gigi Minculescu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Francisc Finteșteanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Răzvan Cârstoiu having to make a save. In the 6th minute of the match Valeriu Nanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corneliu Plopșor skillfully saved the ball. Corneliu Plopșor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toader Crețulescu's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The supporters of ABK Black Warriors73 booed when Arabesque -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Maghear didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Arabesque -MM- defense, Toader Crețulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Plopșor. The Arabesque -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Plopșor should have stopped the shot. The supporters of ABK Black Warriors73 booed when Arabesque -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Griguță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusebiu Lițu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ABK Black Warriors73's Moise Cocârlă got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silviu Daraban hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, George Schiau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes Arabesque -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Anton Griguță. Moise Cocârlă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arabesque -MM-'s Corneliu Plopșor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Schiau in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arabesque -MM-'s Iacob Frânculescu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Corneliu Plopșor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moise Cocârlă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Arabesque -MM- getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marcel Maghear hit a great ball. After 38 played minutes, ABK Black Warriors73's Petre Agusoaei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Corneliu Plopșor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ABK Black Warriors73 reached it. In the 42ndth minute of the game Moise Cocârlă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arabesque -MM-'s Corneliu Plopșor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moise Cocârlă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Corneliu Plopșor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduard Beraru to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, ABK Black Warriors73's Corneliu Plopșor threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Petre Agusoaei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eusebiu Lițu struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Corneliu Plopșor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ABK Black Warriors73. ABK Black Warriors73's Toader Crețulescu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Corneliu Plopșor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Cocârlă, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Aurel Onciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurel Onciu scored 1-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Răzvan Cârstoiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Eduard Beraru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of ABK Black Warriors73 booed when Arabesque -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Maghear didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurel Onciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Cârstoiu having to interfere. ABK Black Warriors73's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
