Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) In the 4th minute Liviu Teodoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liviu Teodoreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ostoici having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ion Todericiu during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Arabesque -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Ion Todericiu. When Gavril Burnei came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Lutanu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavril Burnei couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Francisc Finteșteanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurel Onciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Aurel Onciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Ostoici was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Stelian Tonegaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavril Burnei's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Arabesque -MM-'s Sebastian Dumitrachescu got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gavril Burnei kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Moise Pârvulescu. Liviu Teodoreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavril Burnei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Stelian Tonegaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes FC Lutanu got a freekick which was hit by Viorel Baldovin. The FC Lutanu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arabesque -MM- were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurel Onciu made a kick off. The supporters of Arabesque -MM- booed when FC Lutanu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionică Rânceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Arabesque -MM-'s Francisc Finteșteanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Ostoici narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Liviu Teodoreanu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 55th playminute. Stelian Tonegaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Burnei, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Francisc Finteșteanu's late challenge caught a FC Lutanu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Lutanu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arabesque -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for Arabesque -MM-.
