Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Costel Vlas got the match started through his kick off. Alexandru Pintilie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Armada booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narcis Arapașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodor Chitoran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicodim Agulescu's late challenge caught a Armada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicodim Agulescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Nicodim Agulescu hit a great ball. Nichifor Badea came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Armada's Alexandru Pintilie. But to his dismay, Alexandru Pintilie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Dorin Mereuță kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nichifor Badea. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Nichifor Badea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Vlas came free, but Nicolae Hrandabur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Nichifor Badea got control of the ball when Aurelian Otopeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Aurelian Otopeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV the free kick. After 27 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Otopeanu. 31 minutes into the match, Aurelian Otopeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nichifor Badea. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelian Otopeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Costel Vlas in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Armada's goalie prevented a goal. When Aurelian Otopeanu came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelian Otopeanu couldn't finish the play.

Dorin Mereuță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Mereuță to maneuver through the defense. Nicolae Hrandabur was a little too slow when Costel Vlas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 4-1. After 67 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Arapașu. Nichifor Badea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Otopeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Gherasim hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Narcis Arapașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Costel Vlas got free with Nicolae Hrandabur in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armada were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV for a fine match.
