Gyepüpataka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vama Veche ™ the free kick. Rareș Cosoreanu hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Petrică Vorniceanu was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Petrică Pășcuțoiu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marian Brăiloiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Petrică Vorniceanu made a huge save. The supporters of Gyepüpataka booed when Vama Veche ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Brăiloiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Avram Beca made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Martin Vergulescu sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vama Veche ™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gyepüpataka had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
