Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Costel Dorineanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Morovan in the 2nd minute of play. Leonard Dabija charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Dabija the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Dabija didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Marius Agulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BVB 09's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marius Agulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filip Mirciulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Dorineanu in the 16th minute of play. Albert Andrieșanu took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip Mirciulescu. Filip Mirciulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 20 minutes of play, BVB 09's Sandu Bâru made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gheorghe Vărzaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gavril Groza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Filip Mirciulescu made a huge save. Filip Mirciulescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teodor Pârcălab showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 30 minute of play. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Ghimiș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gheorghe Vărzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Bâru in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute Marian Morovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Vărzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, Irinel Ivașcu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Buzău and the BVB 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Irinel Ivașcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Bâru made a kick off. Iacob Martinescu kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. FC Buzău were furious when Leonard Dabija was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Dabija didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Buzău's zone, Marius Agulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gheorghe Vărzaru came out of the goal and Marius Agulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisc Ionete kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gheorghe Vărzaru. That made the score 2-3 in the 57 minute of play. With a little luck, FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru got control of the ball when Francisc Ionete tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Cristoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. BVB 09's Marius Agulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Martin Oroveanu. Teodor Pârcălab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Filip Mirciulescu came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buzău's Albert Andrieșanu. But to his dismay, Albert Andrieșanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 76 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's Albert Andrieșanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filip Mirciulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gavril Groza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
