Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dinu Radu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nicolae Plopșor charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolae Plopșor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Nicolae Plopșor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dinu Radu came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the English Fire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinu Radu couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute, Lucian Molodețiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The English Fire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viorel Tăbăcaru during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cere booed when English Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viorel Tăbăcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucian Huțupan got free with Costică Puișoru in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Emanuel Predescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Codrin Vrabie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Calistrat Tăcutu kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Emanuel Predescu took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codrin Vrabie. Codrin Vrabie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Codrin Vrabie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Molodețiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucian Huțupan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Cere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Huțupan to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Dinu Radu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Codrin Vrabie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Cere's Codrin Vrabie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Cere from getting a goal against them. Costică Puișoru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Plopșor, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Nicolae Plopșor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cere's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Plopșor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costică Puișoru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Aristide Caranică sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Codrin Vrabie threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Aristide Caranică this time. Vintilă Cămărășan's late challenge caught a English Fire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vintilă Cămărășan helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Cere got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Cămărășan. With 85 minutes on the clock, Viorel Tăbăcaru commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 86th minute, Viorel Tăbăcaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 87 minutes, Nicolae Plopșor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Plopșor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Predescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Predescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Codrin Vrabie made a huge save. The Cere supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching English Fire's performance. The match ended with a win for English Fire.
