The tension between the VIP and the Fc S.Zaharesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. But to his dismay, Ilie Tolea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. VIP's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Ilie Tolea scored to the left of an out of position Alexandru Butuc, making the score, 3-0. Pompiliu Petrea hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Anton Mahonea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ivan Baicea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ivan Baicea hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Viorel Lelescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandru Butuc having to make a save. In the 31st minute, Mădălin Vintilescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexandru Butuc. The goal made the score 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Fc S.Zaharesti's goal looked a bit too open when Octav Şoimu came free, but Marcel Noica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciprian Burtea during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes VIP got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Burtea. In the 40th match minute, VIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Zdrenghea to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fc S.Zaharesti booed when VIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Baicea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandru Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Vintilescu in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mădălin Vintilescu was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Mădălin Vintilescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandru Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pompiliu Dăscălescu's late challenge caught a Fc S.Zaharesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pompiliu Dăscălescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, VIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Dăscălescu to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Noica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Dăscălescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Niculae Stere who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIP's Alexandru Butuc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilie Tolea in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandru Butuc saved VIP from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Mahonea during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ilie Tolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Butuc having to interfere.
