Spectators: 173 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ionică Burtea made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in FC ciufulici's zone, Vasile Socoriceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iustin Şerbănoiu came out of the goal and Vasile Socoriceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Iustinian Tutuianu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iustin Şerbănoiu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iustin Şerbănoiu should have stopped the shot. Iustinian Tutuianu struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Iustin Şerbănoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carpathians. After 9 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Codrin Grecea. Iustin Şerbănoiu made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ştefan Cînu sent off a good shot on target. Constantin Cârsteas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Iustin Şerbănoiu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Ştefan Cînu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iustin Şerbănoiu. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Constantin Cârstea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Iustin Şerbănoiu made a huge save. Iustin Şerbănoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantin Cârstea in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustinian Tutuianu in the 27th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Iustin Şerbănoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 33 minutes into the game, when Alin Tătăruşanu put in a rough tackle. In the 32nd minute, one of Carpathians:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carpathians. 34 minutes into the match, Ionică Burtea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorin Petrică. Carpathians's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionică Burtea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Iustin Şerbănoiu made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ştefan Cînu sent off a good shot on target. Vasile Socoriceanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iustin Şerbănoiu having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iustinian Tutuianu to make the kick off. FC ciufulici's Iustin Şerbănoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Cînu in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Carpathians's Iustinian Tutuianu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iustin Şerbănoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 56th minute, Constantin Cârstea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Ştefan Cînu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iustin Şerbănoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 64 minutes into the match, Vasile Socoriceanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustin Şerbănoiu. FC ciufulici's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Socoriceanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Cînu in the 70th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Iustin Şerbănoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Carpathians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucian Giurgiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC ciufulici's Iustin Şerbănoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Socoriceanu in the 73rd minute of play. Iustin Şerbănoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Tutuianu in the 81st minute of the match. Franco Barresi kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Franco Barresi got a free kick in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the match, FC ciufulici's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Cînu came free, but Iustin Şerbănoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goalkeeper Dorin Petrică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernest Gheorghiu. In the 94th minute, Iosif Slătineanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Cînu in the 95th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Iustin Şerbănoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
