Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ernest Poplăcean got the match started through his kick off. Ion Crivac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Ganea, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Marius Ganea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th minute, Marius Ganea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Poplăcean in the 28th minute of play forced The Owls's goalkeeper Ion Crivac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Ernest Poplăcean got a free kick in the 30th minute. 37 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Traian Arsene. The referee ignored The Owls's protests and gave Liviu Achimescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when The Owls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Achimescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
