Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ivan Şumălan started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Buceceanu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Şumălan in the 14th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Traian Pantea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Cristescu in the 24th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Traian Pantea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Şumălan in the 28th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Bărbulescu. When Ivan Şumălan fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus PTM's protests and gave Ivan Şumălan a yellow card for diving instead. Virgil Lixandru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Cristescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Răchită came free, but Virgil Lixandru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Liviu Buceceanu fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ares FC -MM-'s protests and gave Liviu Buceceanu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Juventus PTM booed when Ares FC -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Buceceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Pompiliu Cristescu made the kick off in the second half. Traian Pantea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Bourceanu in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Ares FC -MM-'s Victor Răchită dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. 72 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Răchită. If Ivan Şumălan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Pompiliu Cristescu came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ares FC -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pompiliu Cristescu couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Răchită came free, but Virgil Lixandru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ares FC -MM-'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
