Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Filip Mandoiu got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 2 minutes, Narcis Aursulesei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Narcis Aursulesei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isac Tiberian during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Satyricon Black's Marin Hârtopanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Aursulesei in the 10th minute of play. Vlad Nicolae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Maxim Strugure came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Strugure couldn't finish the play. Marin Hârtopanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Brăiloiu in the 27th minute of play. When Cosmin Badea fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s protests and gave Cosmin Badea a yellow card for diving instead. Cosmin Badea hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Eduard Mihăilescu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Lucian Voinescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigore Mardarie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Vâtcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Florin Vâtcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Mardarie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes of play Satyricon Black's Isac Tiberian was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Isac Tiberian kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 49th minute Maxim Strugure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Hârtopanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Satyricon Black players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mădălin Brăiloiu to make the kick off. Iacob Mălăncioiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Filip Mandoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Satyricon Black's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Maxim Strugure scored to the left of an out of position Marin Hârtopanu, making the score, 0-2. The supporters of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- booed when Satyricon Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordache Stoian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florin Vâtcă's late challenge caught a Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florin Vâtcă helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- booed when Satyricon Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Vâtcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marin Hârtopanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Strugure in the 77th minute of play. Cosmin Badea kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduard Mihăilescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marin Hârtopanu. That made the score 0-3 in the 83 minute of play. Satyricon Black's Filip Mandoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
