Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Radu Dacian took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Vieru. Damian Vieru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cristian Guguianu in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Valeriu Petruț, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L booed when Emerald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Armanca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Vieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Ticulescu in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Horaţiu Aurelianu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Vieru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Valeriu Petruț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Sălcudeanu in the 32nd minute of play. Remus Ticulescu scored 0-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Vieru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Ovidiu Moțoc got a free kick in the 40th minute. Damian Vieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Ticulescu in the 44th minute of play. After 44 minutes, Cristian Guguianu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emerald and the C Ａ R D I N Ａ L players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Guguianu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valeriu Petruț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Sălcudeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Vieru made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Remus Ticulescu sent off a good shot on target. Valeriu Petruț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Sălcudeanu in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Cristian Guguianu made a precise shot to the right of Valeriu Petruț. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 78th minute Horaţiu Aurelianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Vieru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Cazimir Udubaşa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emerald's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C Ａ R D I N Ａ L the free kick. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Cazimir Udubaşa hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes C Ａ R D I N Ａ L got a freekick which was hit by Mai Sugoi. In the 82nd minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Remus Ticulescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damian Vieru. Damian Vieru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. With a little luck, Emerald's Damian Vieru got control of the ball when Remus Ticulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over C Ａ R D I N Ａ L could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Emerald throughout the match.
