Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristian Guguianu made the kick off which started today's match. Sebastian Zogreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Frânculescu in the 5th minute of the match. Dragoş Sălcudeanu struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Sebastian Zogreanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emerald. Ion Zamfir hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Cristian Guguianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nichifor Onișoru took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Zogreanu. Sebastian Zogreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes Muget got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Popescu. After 17 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Jitaru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Onișoru in the 19th minute of play forced Muget's goalkeeper Sebastian Zogreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Emerald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Onișoru to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Popescu succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 39th minute Nichifor Onișoru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Zogreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Golescu in the 44th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Damian Vieru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mugur Popescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Sabin Golescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muget and the Emerald players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute of the match, Cristian Guguianu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Zogreanu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Muget's Sebastian Zogreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Muget from getting a goal against them. Sabin Golescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebiu Cumpanașu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Popescu came free, but Damian Vieru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Muget booed when Emerald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costin Frânculescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Zogreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Onișoru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muget's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nichifor Onișoru 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The Emerald players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
