Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Manuel Marghescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Manuel Marghescu fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paralia Athens's protests and gave Manuel Marghescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Manuel Marghescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marian Ciolpan made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Toader Bălace sent off a good shot on target. Paralia Athens's Manuel Marghescu got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, The Valar's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Marghescu came free, but Mugurel Seţeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panait Gheban hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The Valar's Mugurel Seţeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Marin in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Cristian Teleagă got a free kick in the 28th minute. The long shot by Claudiu Becheanu in the 28th minute really tested Marian Ciolpan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 34 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Verzea. Claudiu Becheanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ionuț Marin scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugurel Seţeanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute, Ionuț Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudiu Becheanu made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vintilă Chelaru during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Chelaru. Manuel Marghescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Mugurel Seţeanu made a huge save. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Panait Gheban with Vintilă Coroian as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, The Valar's Mugurel Seţeanu got control of the ball when Ionuț Marin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Coroian in the 67th minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Marian Ciolpan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, The Valar's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Marin came free, but Mugurel Seţeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Ionuț Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gică Jula hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Claudiu Becheanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Ciolpan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugurel Seţeanu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin. But to his dismay, Ionuț Marin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Paralia Athens's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
