Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ştefan Secară made the kick off which started today's match. Vali Măcrinici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Apostu came free, but Vali Măcrinici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ninjas in Pyjamas were furious when António Silva was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 4 minutes into the game, one of Ninjas in Pyjamas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 9 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu. Traian Alecu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Marian Ciolpan made a huge save. After 30 minutes, Răzvan Gligor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ninjas in Pyjamas and the Paralia Athens players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Paralia Athens booed when Ninjas in Pyjamas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Gligor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vali Măcrinici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Paralia Athens were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 50 minutes, Sorin Tăgorean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninjas in Pyjamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sorin Tăgorean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Claudiu Panaitescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vali Măcrinici came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin. But to his dismay, Ionuț Marin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 63 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Mălăele. Ionuț Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paralia Athens's Marian Ciolpan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sorin Tăgorean in the 68th minute of play. Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Răzvan Gligor hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Ionuț Marin came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Paralia Athens fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Marin couldn't finish the play. Claudiu Panaitescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Ciolpan having to interfere. Claudiu Panaitescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marian Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ninjas in Pyjamas defense, Ionuț Marin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vali Măcrinici. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vali Măcrinici should have stopped the shot. Marian Ciolpan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Tăgorean in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Ionuț Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Măcrinici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paralia Athens's Lucian Mălăele quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Daniel Vulpăşin, made in the 94th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Paralia Athens walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
