The shot was stopped by Lech Derlanga but with some difficulty. 37 minutes into the game, Barnaba Kalinowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lech Derlanga. Barnaba Kalinowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanislaw Dytrych was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Edward Malewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszko Ogrodowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislaw Dytrych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Zbyszko Ogrodowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute of the match, La Urki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zbyszko Ogrodowicz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jurand Filipowski hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
