In the 3rd minute Dawid Wozniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Ogrodowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Kasiewski charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Kasiewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Bilicki in the 35th minute of play forced Sawino SA's goalkeeper Marian Tomiczek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Barnaba Kalinowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marian Tomiczek. That made the score 0-3 after 94 minutes of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
