Mieszko Literski hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes, Grzegorz Bielenda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Grodzka and the Arsenal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, FC Grodzka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Bielenda to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Arsenal's Tadeusz Cielencki got control of the ball when Fabian Kempka tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Karol Gieraltowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, FC Grodzka's Fabian Kempka ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tadeusz Cielencki. Tadeusz Cielencki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Gwidon Chowaniec put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeusz Cielencki. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cezary Madajczyk made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Gwidon Chowaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Tadeusz Cielencki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tadeusz Cielencki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Olszewski in the 59th minute of play.
