Tolek Cichewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Dudzik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaw Majerowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Młoda Warka's Eugeniusz Dudzik got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Młoda Warka booed when Jagiellonia Bialystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Majerowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Dudzik notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Jagiellonia Bialystok's Tolek Cichewski. Tolek Cichewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Tolek Cichewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Budzyn in the 27th minute of play. Radomir Miecznikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Tolek Cichewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Dudzik in the 31st minute of play. Eugeniusz Dudzik struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Tolek Cichewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Młoda Warka. During the 37th minute of the match Gustaw Majerowicz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gustaw Majerowicz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 38th match minute, Jagiellonia Bialystok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Majerowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Eugeniusz Dudzik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Cichewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Dudzik in the 44th minute of play forced Jagiellonia Bialystok's goalkeeper Tolek Cichewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Cichewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walery Budzyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, Radomir Miecznikowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 49 played minutes Młoda Warka got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Dudzik. After the first half Młoda Warka were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Slawomir Czech to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ziemowit Olejniczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mieszko Jestrimski made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Zenon Niemojewski. Marian Pstrongowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Iwan Betonowy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Młoda Warka's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Czech came free, but Iwan Betonowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Betonowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Czech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwan Betonowy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Czech in the 77th minute of the match. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Tolek Cichewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Jagiellonia Bialystok from getting a goal against them. Tolek Cichewski came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Młoda Warka's Eugeniusz Dudzik. But to his dismay, Eugeniusz Dudzik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Młoda Warka booed when Jagiellonia Bialystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Pstrongowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maksymilian Arnista hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Jagiellonia Bialystok fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Młoda Warka were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
