Near End were furious when Teobald Dziatkowicz was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Near End getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Teobald Dziatkowicz hit a great ball. In the 5th minute of the match Bartosz Miazga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tymoteusz Piszczor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Alfred Czajka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Near End's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Czajka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tymoteusz Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Falke, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Near End's zone, Kacper Domala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tymoteusz Piszczor came out of the goal and Kacper Domala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tymoteusz Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Domala in the 22nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mieszko Czysta during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Alfred Czajka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Piotrków Trybunalski's goalkeeper Kazimierz Skaradoski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wincenty Bartochowski. In the 35th minute, Kacper Domala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tymoteusz Piszczor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Alfred Czajka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Near End's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Czajka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kazimierz Skaradoski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute Wincenty Bartochowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Skaradoski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piotrków Trybunalski's Kazimierz Skaradoski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Bartochowski in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mieszko Czysta got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Piotrków Trybunalski getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mieszko Czysta hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, Near End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcin Gajewski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 63 minutes, Wincenty Bartochowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Near End's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wincenty Bartochowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Kacper Domala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boleslaw Rydzyk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tymoteusz Piszczor came out and tried to block the shot, but Boleslaw Rydzyk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Near End's Alfred Czajka got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Near End booed when Piotrków Trybunalski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boleslaw Rydzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kazimierz Skaradoski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Bartochowski in the 86th minute of play. Alfred Czajka hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The Near End supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Piotrków Trybunalski's performance. The match ended with a win for Piotrków Trybunalski.
