Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roman Ledochowski took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Hugon Nocny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Olaf Orszak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Wawrzyniec Kostrzewa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Roman Ledochowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kazimierz Terasek to make any attempt to save it. Roman Ledochowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Kazimierz Terasek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Hugon Nocny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Orszak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Roman Ledochowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kazimierz Terasek. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Hugon Nocny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olaf Orszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Nocny in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugon Nocny in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Orszak saved ZŁ Bielsko-Biała from getting behind. Roman Ledochowski's late challenge caught a Ekipa Damcia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Ledochowski helped the player get up and apologised. Roman Ledochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kazimierz Terasek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Ledochowski in the 41st minute of play. In the 41st play minute Roman Ledochowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kazimierz Terasek. 3-0. Olaf Orszak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugon Nocny's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugon Nocny made a kick off. Lucjan Psotka kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Hugon Nocnys short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Olaf Orszak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Ekipa Damcia's Olaf Orszak threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hugon Nocny, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hugon Nocny who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Olaf Orszak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Lucjan Psotka notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ekipa Damcia's Kazimierz Terasek. Kazimierz Terasek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olaf Orszak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ksawery Winszman in the 92nd minute. Zbigniew Lagiewniki charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbigniew Lagiewniki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zbigniew Lagiewniki kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Wawrzyniec Kostrzewa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wawrzyniec Kostrzewa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ekipa Damcia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ZŁ Bielsko-Biała.
