Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Wasyl Dytrych made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 8th minute Ziemowit Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Kaminski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ludomir Pietras kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kryspin Kaminski. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 15th minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Ludomir Pietras dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gortaty's goalkeeper Kryspin Kaminski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kryspin Kaminski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wasyl Dytrych's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes of play, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Herbert Huk made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kryspin Kaminski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Skrzypiec came free, but Gustaw Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kryspin Kaminski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomir Pietras, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to MKS Legion Częstochowa getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Cezary Literski hit a great ball. When Herbert Huk fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS Legion Częstochowa's protests and gave Herbert Huk a yellow card for diving instead. Herbert Huk kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Gustaw Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Kopacz in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After a rather tough play, Gortaty's Milosz Rzeszutek got a free kick in the 51st minute. Gilbert Zbikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Karol Kopacz took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustaw Rosen. Gustaw Rosen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Igor Zbikowski hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Gustaw Rosen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karol Kopacz. In the 73rd play minute Rafal Arendarski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustaw Rosen. 3-2. If Wasyl Dytrych had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Wasyl Dytrych ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kryspin Kaminski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Cezary Literski's late challenge caught a Gortaty's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cezary Literski helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stasio Kosakowski got free with Gustaw Rosen in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MKS Legion Częstochowa had won after a very even match.
