An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Pietras in the 20th minute of play forced THE FAVOURITES's goalkeeper Jedrzej Soszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dawid Dembowski hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Krzysztof Dulemba to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of THE FAVOURITES booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Kuszczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaw Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucjan Madajczyk in the 54th minute. Gustaw Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Madajczyk in the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rafal Kowalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustaw Rosen was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in MKS Legion Częstochowa's zone, Krzysztof Dulemba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Rosen came out of the goal and Krzysztof Dulemba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Juliusz Karbowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Krzysztof Dulemba in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Rosen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafal Kowalski struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Gustaw Rosen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE FAVOURITES. Gustaw Rosen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krzysztof Dulemba's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Gustaw Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Dulemba in the 89th minute of play.
