Wawrzyniec Oborski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Trela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Lech Drozdowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wawrzyniec Oborski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julian Skrzypiec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariasz Biskupiak having to interfere. Julian Skrzypiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Zachariasz Biskupiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbigniew Penkalski scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachariasz Biskupiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, KANONIERZY's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Skrzypiec came free, but Zachariasz Biskupiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KANONIERZY's Mariusz Liberko got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Walery Adamowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachariasz Biskupiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Skrzypiec stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Wieslaw Wiater left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zacisze Częstochowa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zbigniew Penkalski hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Zacisze Częstochowa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
