A collision led to KKS Lech Poznań getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Radowit Gajewski hit a great ball. Boruc Praski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Trela in the 31st minute of the match. Boruc Praski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Parajewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. KKS Lech Poznań's Patryk Rykaczewski was substituted for Waldemar Malik. In the 45th minute, Mariusz Liberko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacy Ruszczyk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

KKS Lech Poznań's Wasyl Cebula was substituted for Miromir Kaczanka. In the 62nd minute Radomir Mruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dawid Trela in the 64th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Klucznik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, KANONIERZY's Zachariasz Biskupiak got control of the ball when Juliusz Matuch tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Dominik Skikiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KKS Lech Poznań's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Skikiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when KANONIERZY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Mruk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Radowit Parajewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominik Skikiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. KANONIERZY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KKS Lech Poznań for a fine match.
