Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Miazga in the 4th minute of play forced GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalkeeper Herbert Gomolka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Herbert Gomolka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Miazga in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Turek came free, but Herbert Gomolka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Gomolka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazimierz Miazga went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 10thth minute of the game Norbert Gregorczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Herbert Gomolka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herbert Gomolka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Turek in the 20th minute of play. After 20 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Florian Iwanowski. The supporters of ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź booed when GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Kostrzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Hieronim Trochowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ. After some careless play in the GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ defense, Eugeniusz Turek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herbert Gomolka. The GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herbert Gomolka should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Jurand Derlanga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 minutes, Janusz Andrychowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź and the GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th match minute, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Andrychowski to maneuver through the defense. If Konrad Percha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugeniusz Turek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Turek notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Herbert Gomolka. Herbert Gomolka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Wit Kasperowicz made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Kasperowicz in the 52nd minute of play forced ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Grzegorz Skikiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kazimierz Miazga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Herbert Gomolka made a huge save. Kazimierz Miazga might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herbert Gomolka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kazimierz Miazga ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Miazga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Herbert Gomolka. Kazimierz Miazga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Herbert Gomolka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Balkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute, Kazimierz Miazga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Gomolka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 79th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Iwanowski to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalkeeper Herbert Gomolka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kazimierz Miazga. In the 81st minute Eugeniusz Turek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Gomolka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ booed when ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Turek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grzegorz Skikiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Kasperowicz in the 85th minute of play. Norbert Gregorczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Gomolka having to interfere. With a little luck, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Herbert Gomolka got control of the ball when Leonard Balkiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Walentowicz. In the 93rd minute of the match, Kazimierz Miazga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Herbert Gomolka was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Grzegorz Skikiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Kasperowicz in the 97th minute of play.
