After 2 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Tomasz Burdzel. Tomasz Burdzel hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Maksymilian Bury, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 9 minutes, Tomasz Basaik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szczakowianka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomasz Basaik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Burdzel came free, but Bernard Barowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Burdzel in the 12th minute of play forced KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Bernard Barowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Szczakowianka getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tomasz Basaik hit a great ball. Mieszko Gendolla was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. Bernard Barowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomil Wachna in the 25th minute of the match. The Szczakowianka fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Szczakowianka's Tomasz Burdzel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 33rd match minute, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Piesciuk to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Szczakowianka booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Wachna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juliusz Piesciuk to make the kick off. When Napoleon Huchro fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szczakowianka's protests and gave Napoleon Huchro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Huchro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Tomasz Burdzel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szczakowianka's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Burdzel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Barowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomasz Burdzel had several of the KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Bernard Barowicz as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 61st match minute, Szczakowianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurand Wojtowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Tolek Pankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Bury saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Szczakowianka defense, Eugeniusz Rakoski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maksymilian Bury. The Szczakowianka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maksymilian Bury should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Edmund Jajko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Daniel Karwowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th match minute, Szczakowianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Huchro to maneuver through the defense. Maksymilian Bury showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Rakoski, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Bernard Barowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Burdzel in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomil Wachna came free, but Bernard Barowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomasz Basaik took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernard Barowicz. Bernard Barowicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Barnaba Boruta hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Szczakowianka's performance. The match ended with a win for Szczakowianka.
