Wlodzimierz Poteralski made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Benedykt Nakoneczny sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Victoria Toruń booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Dunajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borys Posadzki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wlodzimierz Poteralski came out and tried to block the shot, but Borys Posadzki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Ignacy Kieca notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Victoria Toruń's Wlodzimierz Poteralski. Wlodzimierz Poteralski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd match minute, Victoria Toruń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wlodzimierz Mosiniak to maneuver through the defense. Zbyszek Smolarek kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Victoria Toruń's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Prosowski came free, but Wlodzimierz Poteralski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoria Toruń's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radomil Haszczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedykt Nakoneczny was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Victoria Toruń got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Mosiniak. Damazy Prosowski took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wlodzimierz Poteralski. Wlodzimierz Poteralski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Wlodzimierz Poteralski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Posadzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Zahemski in the 68th minute of play forced Victoria Toruń's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Poteralski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszek Smolarek kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Damazy Prosowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Victoria Toruń's Wlodzimierz Poteralski didn't even have to move. 71 minutes into the game, Ignacy Kieca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Bogdan Zatorski had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Jurand Zielinski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Mateusz Cetnar fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Victoria Toruń's protests and gave Mateusz Cetnar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Mateusz Cetnar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Radomil Haszczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Powiśle Warszawa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Victoria Toruń the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Radomil Haszczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Powiśle Warszawa getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. The Powiśle Warszawa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Victoria Toruń had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
