Igor Basinski came out of the goal and Leon Wnukowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Roman Lagiewniki came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the FlashField Bielsko-Biała fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Lagiewniki couldn't finish the play. Ludomil Naskrent's late challenge caught a FlashField Bielsko-Biała's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludomil Naskrent helped the player get up and apologised. Ludomil Naskrent hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Maciej Bielenda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FlashField Bielsko-Biała's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maciej Bielenda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pogoń Szczecin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teofil Pluciennik ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 44th minute, Maciej Bielenda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FlashField Bielsko-Biała fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olgierd Moryl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
