Bogdan Cerocki had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Tytus Topolski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tomasz Drebit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogdan Cerocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Pahucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Andrzej Zawaski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Chazen having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Napoleon Hludzenski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Russówek and the Lipa KS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Russówek getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Napoleon Hludzenski hit a great ball. Tomasz Drebit might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogdan Cerocki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Drebit ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wojciech Penkalski to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Tomasz Drebit put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bogdan Cerocki. The supporters of Lipa KS booed when Russówek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Solibieda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wasyl Mlekodaj hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Bogdan Cerocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Drebit in the 81st minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 84th minute when Boleslaw Pstrongowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lipa KS's attentive Gwidon Lichniak managed to snatch the ball when Napoleon Hludzenski made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. In the 89th minute Gwidon Lichniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Cerocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Russówek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Zawaski to maneuver through the defense. Lipa KS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
