Oceania Rumia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyryl Balkiewicz got free with Lucjan Gdowik in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Słodkie Cytryny getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cyryl Balkiewicz hit a great ball. The supporters of Oceania Rumia booed when Słodkie Cytryny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witalis Trela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boleslaw Plaski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olgierd Zarobski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Benedykt Noworolnik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oceania Rumia and the Słodkie Cytryny players grew even worse after the yellow card. Słodkie Cytryny's Olgierd Zarobski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Indyk in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Damazy Trzemzalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Słodkie Cytryny's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Trzemzalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Gdowik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arkadiusz Cerocki hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match.
