Ludvig Hilstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorvald Damquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Sven Grønås kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eigil Kretz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludvig Hilstad. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Morten Hurlen got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes, Preben Bjerga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gædd FK and the FC GILSAA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC GILSAA booed when Gædd FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Preben Bjerga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Morten Hurlen made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Morten Hurlen however managed to control. Gædd FK's Preben Bjerga got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. Erik Otterstad's late challenge caught a FC GILSAA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Otterstad helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Erik Otterstad got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With a little luck, Gædd FK's Ludvig Hilstad got control of the ball when Gorm Venningbo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marvin Damving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Lillemo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrik Lillemo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Marvin Damving didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gædd FK.

FC GILSAA:s Marvin Damving showed great skill when he stopped Jarle Iqbal:s penalty. Morten Hurlen kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Jarle Iqbal came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Gædd FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarle Iqbal couldn't finish the play. Henrik Lillemo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Eigil Kretz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
