Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Conan Worth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Nysted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Glenn Osmond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Vebjørn Dyb came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the The Nerd Herd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vebjørn Dyb couldn't finish the play. If Ola Nysted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19thth minute of the game Vebjørn Dyb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clapham Rovers's Conan Worth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Theodor Tobiassen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes The Nerd Herd got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Tobiassen. Conan Worth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vebjørn Dyb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Tod Newell fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnstein Øvereng, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vebjørn Dyb in the 42nd minute of play forced Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Conan Worth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sly Baker made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tod Newell. Vebjørn Dyb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 55th match minute, Clapham Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sly Baker to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Tod Newell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnstein Øvereng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clapham Rovers's Conan Worth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Nysted in the 66th minute of play. The Clapham Rovers fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Clapham Rovers's Marty Child looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A hard shot 78 in the game by Vebjørn Dyb from a close distance when the talented Conan Worth managed to make a qualified save. Clapham Rovers's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as The Nerd Herd's Vebjørn Dyb slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conan Worth. That made the score 2-2 after 83 minutes of play. Arnstein Øvereng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Osmond, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Nerd Herd's Arnstein Øvereng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glenn Osmond in the 97th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Clapham Rovers failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
