Fabian Thyfelt's late challenge caught a Manchester United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Thyfelt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Fabian Thyfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manchester United FC's Reima Ruuttu got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 14 played minutes AB Tårnby got a freekick which was hit by Svenning Blegebrønd. Konstantin Plambeck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Taavetti Valkealahti went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Taavetti Valkealahti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Plambeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Laurits Rejnmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AB Tårnby's Volmar Wharja got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Heikki Vehanen made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AB Tårnby's Svenning Blegebrønd. Konstantin Plambeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vihtori Viljanen in the 26th minute of the match. Laurits Rejnmark hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes AB Tårnby got a freekick which was hit by Svenning Blegebrønd. AB Tårnby's Konstantin Plambeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taavetti Valkealahti in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Manchester United FC's Tuomas Hurme got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 40th match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svenning Blegebrønd to maneuver through the defense. Reima Ruuttu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Konstantin Plambeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Svenning Blegebrønd hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Volmar Wharja during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, one of AB Tårnby:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AB Tårnby. After the first half Manchester United FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute, Manchester United FC's Reima Ruuttu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vihtori Viljanen during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Manchester United FC's Vihtori Viljanen got a free kick in the 57th minute. Svenning Blegebrønd hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reima Ruuttu got free with Konstantin Plambeck in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, AB Tårnby's Konstantin Plambeck got control of the ball when Reima Ruuttu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Taavetti Valkealahti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
