Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ugnius Budnikas made the kick off which started today's match. The Nerd Herd's Vebjørn Dyb got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gvidonas Jakimavičius came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by The Nerd Herd's Vebjørn Dyb. But to his dismay, Vebjørn Dyb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to The Nerd Herd getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vebjørn Dyb hit a great ball. Motiejus Saudargis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 13th playminute. FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vebjørn Dyb in the 18th minute of play. Motiejus Saudargis kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Ådne Blomvik hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dagfinn Ringvold in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gvidonas Jakimavičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Vebjørn Dyb's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when The Nerd Herd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vebjørn Dyb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vebjørn Dyb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vebjørn Dyb in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gvidonas Jakimavičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goal looked a bit too open when Vebjørn Dyb came free, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dagfinn Ringvold to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ask Myren suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ugnius Budnikas during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eilif Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ugnius Budnikas in the 58th minute of play forced The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Arnstein Øvereng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Emilis Laivys hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vebjørn Dyb got free with Gvidonas Jakimavičius in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Emilis Laivys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Dagfinn Ringvold managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Nerd Herd's supporters rose to their feet, but Dagfinn Ringvold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gvidonas Jakimavičius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Vebjørn Dyb notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FK Mintis Vilnius's Gvidonas Jakimavičius. Gvidonas Jakimavičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FK Mintis Vilnius booed when The Nerd Herd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ola Nysted didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gvidonas Jakimavičius made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Vebjørn Dyb sent off a good shot on target. Vebjørn Dyb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gvidonas Jakimavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Nerd Herd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
