Conan Worth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reima Ruuttu in the 4th minute of the match. When Glenn Osmond fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clapham Rovers's protests and gave Glenn Osmond a yellow card for diving instead. Glenn Osmond hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Conan Worth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taavetti Valkealahti, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Taavetti Valkealahti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conan Worth having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taavetti Valkealahti got free with Conan Worth in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Taavetti Valkealahti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conan Worth. Taavetti Valkealahti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Conan Worth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taavetti Valkealahti in the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Taavetti Valkealahti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Conan Worth. The goal made the score 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Blakewell came free, but Saul Väänänen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Manchester United FC's Reima Ruuttu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conan Worth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Conan Worth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taavetti Valkealahti in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Clapham Rovers's Glenn Osmond got a free kick in the 38th minute. Clapham Rovers were furious when Sammy Pilgrim was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Clapham Rovers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Saul Väänänen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glenn Osmond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reima Ruuttu to strike the kick off in the second half. Reima Ruuttu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conan Worth having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Saul Väänänen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glenn Osmond. If Glenn Osmond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conan Worth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taavetti Valkealahti, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Manchester United FC's Saul Väänänen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Child in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marty Child in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Väänänen saved Manchester United FC from getting behind. In the 67thth minute of the game Reima Ruuttu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clapham Rovers's Conan Worth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Jami Uhlbäck. 78 minutes into the game, Manchester United FC's Reima Ruuttu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conan Worth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Marty Child sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marty Child in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Väänänen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reima Ruuttu in the 89th minute of play forced Clapham Rovers's goalkeeper Conan Worth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Reima Ruuttu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conan Worth was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Conan Worth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reima Ruuttu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
