If Mikkel Øverås had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 5 played minutes Bårjåsnjárgga got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Folkvord. Ayman Glatzer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dag Vie. Bårjåsnjárgga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bårjåsnjárgga! Sebastian Lamwersiek shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Sebastian Lamwersiek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Vie having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Bårjåsnjárgga's goal looked a bit too open when Ekkehard Nürnberger came free, but Dag Vie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philipp Auernhammer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaute Sundberg in the 17th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuran Glemser during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nuran Glemser kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Mikkel Øverås left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bårjåsnjárgga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekkehard Nürnberger got free with Dag Vie in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute of the match Sebastian Lamwersiek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dag Vie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Philipp Auernhammer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Øverås, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Mikkel Øverås cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Philipp Auernhammer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ole-Kristian Lindahl was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 48th minute of the game. One of Bårjåsnjárgga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ulfa FSV:s goal. The Ulfa FSV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bårjåsnjárgga were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikkel Øverås was the one to do the kick off. If Gaute Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaute Sundberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Philipp Auernhammer could save by the left post. In the 64th minute, Preben Aasheim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66th play minutes Mikkel Øverås shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Philipp Auernhammer and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikkel Øverås in the 74th minute of play forced Ulfa FSV's goalkeeper Philipp Auernhammer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ulfa FSV's zone, Mikkel Øverås stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Auernhammer came out of the goal and Mikkel Øverås tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute Wilhelm Kissling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dag Vie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match Geir-Inge Berg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philipp Auernhammer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 94 played minutes Ulfa FSV got a freekick which was hit by Fridun Bertermann. Philipp Auernhammer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikkel Øverås in the 98th minute of the match. The Bårjåsnjárgga players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
