Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Harry Bøndorff started the match with the kick off. Børge Ryal made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Johnny Wadham sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Corinthians FC booed when Hønning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Skamris didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johnny Wadham stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hønning's goalkeeper Børge Ryal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Bettney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Bøndorff in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Harry Bøndorff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Bettney was relentless in the 91st minute of the game.
