Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) FC Pegasas Siauliai's Marius Kieža started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes Hønning got a freekick which was hit by Helmuth Hennig. In the 11th minute Adolfas Karanauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Børge Ryal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfas Karanauskas to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Harry Bøndorff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hønning's Børge Ryal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Hønning from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marijus Guzas in the 21st minute of play forced Hønning's goalkeeper Børge Ryal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Juras Biknius in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hønning's Helmuth Hennig. Børge Ryal made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Valentas Daunoras sent off a good shot on target. Børge Ryal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marijus Guzas in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Marijus Guzas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Børge Ryal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Harry Bøndorff notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas. Audrius Dūdėnas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hønning's Børge Ryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfas Karanauskas in the 38th minute of play. Hønning's Børge Ryal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Hønning from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harry Bøndorff to strike the kick off in the second half. Audrius Dūdėnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Bøndorff, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Børge Ryal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Kieža, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marijus Guzas kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marius Kieža in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Børge Ryal saved Hønning from getting behind. Børge Ryal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marijus Guzas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hønning defense, Marijus Guzas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Børge Ryal. The Hønning fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Børge Ryal should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Hønning's goal looked a bit too open when Gintautas Jameikis came free, but Børge Ryal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loui Sig hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Juras Biknius sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hønning's Børge Ryal didn't even have to move. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Raimundas Ulys hit a great ball. Helmuth Hennig hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, one of Hønning:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hønning. Hønning:s Børge Ryal showed great skill when he stopped Juras Biknius:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Kieža in the 88th minute of play forced Hønning's goalkeeper Børge Ryal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Marijus Guzas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Børge Ryal was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Valentas Daunoras took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Børge Ryal. Børge Ryal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Pegasas Siauliai had played much better football throughout.
