In the 6th match minute, JK Shefid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aivo Jomm to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Aleksotas FK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tomas Dekanis hit a great ball. Mart Aulik charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mart Aulik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Mart Aulik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentas Čebatorius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erik Väärtnõu. JK Shefid's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Arne Õigus, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 14 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ramūnas Morkūnas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Tomas Dekanis in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erik Väärtnõu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gabriel Lõugas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ramūnas Morkūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andri Levi kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's Tomas Dekanis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erik Väärtnõu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, JK Shefid's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Dekanis came free, but Erik Väärtnõu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virginijus Geibūnas. Erik Väärtnõu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aleksotas FK. In the 41st minute of the match Konstantinas Briedis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Väärtnõu skillfully saved the ball. Tomas Dekanis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Erik Väärtnõu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Dekanis made a kick off. After 54 played minutes JK Shefid got a freekick which was hit by Aivo Jomm. After a rather tough play, JK Shefid's Aivo Jomm got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tomas Dekanis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Dekanis in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erik Väärtnõu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Gabriel Lõugas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Aleksotas FK defense, Arne Õigus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramūnas Morkūnas. The Aleksotas FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramūnas Morkūnas should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute of the match Konstantinas Briedis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Väärtnõu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gabriel Lõugas kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, JK Shefid's Aivo Jomm got a free kick in the 77th minute. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tomas Dekanis sped through JK Shefid's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erik Väärtnõu. A collision led to Aleksotas FK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Virginijus Geibūnas hit a great ball. Erik Väärtnõu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Dekanis in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Dekanis in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erik Väärtnõu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the JK Shefid players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
