Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) 2 minutes into the match, Barney Bzeu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FRANK's Fredrik Ophus. Fredrik Ophus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fredrik Ophus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Bourton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Ophus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chip Preece's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the FRANK defense, Chip Preece kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredrik Ophus. The FRANK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredrik Ophus should have stopped the shot. If CJ Trusswell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chip Preece scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredrik Ophus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Frank Fowler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Ophus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FRANK's Fredrik Ophus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Bourton in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of FRANK booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calvin Bourton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredrik Ophus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chip Preece, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Fredrik Ophus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chip Preece, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Audun Østenstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fredrik Ophus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calvin Bourton in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when CJ Trusswell came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Calvin Bourton made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Ophus. FRANK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Calvin Bourton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chip Preece scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredrik Ophus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Clapham Comets F.C. were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chip Preece made a kick off. In the 52nd minute CJ Trusswell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Ophus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Ophus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vern Calder, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. FRANK's Fredrik Ophus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chip Preece in the 59th minute of play. After 64 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Audun Østenstad. Ørjan Husa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Chip Preece took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fredrik Ophus. FRANK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chip Preece got free with Fredrik Ophus in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Chip Preece hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Fowler came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FRANK's zone, Chip Preece stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Ophus came out of the goal and Chip Preece tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvin Bourton in the 90th minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Fredrik Ophus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Calvin Bourton came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Clapham Comets F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FRANK.
