Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Klāvs Kadis kicked off to start the match. Emanuel Greshake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klāvs Kadis in the 3rd minute of play. GAUJA's Konrāds Svabinskis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiri Rilke in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Balus Treter getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Delf Adler hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernests Pabazis in the 9th minute of play forced Balus Treter's goalkeeper Emanuel Greshake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's Harald Kovac sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konrāds Svabinskis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Delf Adler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kornelius Wewers during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Kornelius Wewers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Klāvs Kadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Greshake was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 28thth minute of the game Harald Kovac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GAUJA's Konrāds Svabinskis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Balus Treter's Jens Ehrlichmann seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jens Ehrlichmann the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Balus Treter protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jens Ehrlichmann had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Emanuel Greshake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aksels Brūniņš in the 32nd minute of the match. Jiri Rilke kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Emanuel Greshake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernests Pabazis, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 39 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Felix Groll. Emanuel Greshake came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by GAUJA's Ernests Pabazis. But to his dismay, Ernests Pabazis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danilo Kummel to strike the kick off in the second half. Aksels Brūniņš in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emanuel Greshake, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ernests Pabazis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Emanuel Greshake made a huge save. Emanuel Greshake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernests Pabazis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Balus Treter's zone, Ernests Pabazis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Greshake came out of the goal and Ernests Pabazis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konrāds Svabinskis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiri Rilke, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delf Adler during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GAUJA booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delf Adler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernests Pabazis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Emanuel Greshake made a huge save. After 84 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Kummel. GAUJA played a much better game than Balus Treter and deserved their victory. The Balus Treter players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
