Justin Vintersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niels Lettrari having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Injuries's Kenny Sandberg got a free kick in the 37th minute. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Burkhardt Lüpke hit a great ball. Niels Lettrari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karljohan Norlander, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Sprey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leslie Miethe hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Nikolas Rausgaard had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 58th minute, Rouven Dahmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justin Vintersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Niels Lettrari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fjodor Dostoevskiy in the 62nd minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Niels Lettrari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes DJK Füchtel Vechta got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Rilke. Injuries's Julius Glitrup quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rouven Dahmen, made in the 64th minute of the game. In the 65th minute, Injuries's Victor Obinna Nagaenko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Niels Lettrari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Obinna Nagaenko in the 69th minute of play. In the 77th minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Hjalmar Rilke seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hjalmar Rilke the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DJK Füchtel Vechta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hjalmar Rilke had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 77 minutes into the game, one of DJK Füchtel Vechta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Niels Lettrari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Obinna Nagaenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fjodor Dostoevskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Janusz Woche charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janusz Woche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Woche to maneuver through the defense. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Injuries were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
