Olen Hein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorleif Dandrup in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Kutsikad booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederik Faurbye didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madis Ülle in the 21st minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Niels Willendrup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Rubaun in the 28th minute of play forced Kutsikad's goalkeeper Olen Hein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Kristian Ingels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristian Ingels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Niels Willendrup, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Madis Ülle kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Kaj Rubaun got a free kick in the 53rd minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kutsikad reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehis Ruusamäe in the 71st minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Niels Willendrup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Kutsikad's goal looked a bit too open when Kaj Rubaun came free, but Olen Hein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olen Hein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaj Rubaun in the 83rd minute. The Kutsikad supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Randers A.F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Randers A.F.C..
