Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaden Krieglmeier started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaden Krieglmeier got free with Christoffer Smestad in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florian Guderian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Skadberg in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goalkeeper Christoffer Smestad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaden Krieglmeier. A collision led to Sydney FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Harald Inger hit a great ball. Florian Guderian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Skadberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Suleskard's Fredrik Gjerdrum got a free kick in the 17th minute. Adnan Tilner shot a long shot in the 17th minute and a light blocked Christoffer Smestad hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. Jaden Krieglmeier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Josef Dyngeland hit a great ball. Jaden Krieglmeier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Christoffer Smestad firmly grabbed it by the left post. Christoffer Smestad made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jaden Krieglmeier sent off a good shot on target. Suleskard's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pierre Möhn 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gabriel Michel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sydney FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Michel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christoffer Smestad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sydney FC made a substitution. Kees Plappert replaced Jaden Krieglmeier. The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iver Heggheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kees Plappert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tor-Henrik Rosenlund to make the kick off. Tor-Henrik Rosenlunds short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Florian Guderian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kees Plappert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Smestad having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Suleskard's Josef Dyngeland got a free kick in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Suleskard's Tor-Henrik Rosenlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Guderian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Tor-Henrik Rosenlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes of play, Suleskard's Tor-Henrik Rosenlund made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Guderian was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 80 minutes, Christian Skadberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suleskard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Skadberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 81 minutes, Iver Heggheim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suleskard and the Sydney FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iver Heggheim hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ludvik Sundt kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match.
