An unexpectedly hard shot by Mairo Kirst in the 3rd minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Alo Laving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Imre Karus scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alo Laving, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goalkeeper Rein Reiljan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kiur Aluste. The supporters of Armageddon booed when Vila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiit Aupaju didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Armageddon's Hugo Kaar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tiit Aupaju's late challenge caught a Armageddon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiit Aupaju helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Tiit Aupaju hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th match minute, Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Lõvi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imre Karus in the 29th minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Alo Laving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alo Laving showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mairo Kirst, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Alo Laving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Kaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Mairo Kirst came free, but Alo Laving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Armageddon's Tarmo Mustkivi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tarmo Mustkivi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Armageddon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tarmo Mustkivi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute, one of Armageddon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Armageddon. The referee gave Vila a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aare Kõiv, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Armageddon's Rein Reiljan. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kiur Aluste was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes Vila got a freekick which was hit by Paul Oksmaa. Armageddon made a substitution. Ken Maarjamaa replaced Hugo Kaar. In the 57th match minute, Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Oksmaa to maneuver through the defense. Arvi Tuulemaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rein Reiljan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvi Tuulemaa in the 63rd minute of play. If Arvi Tuulemaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kiur Aluste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rein Reiljan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alo Laving showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Õng in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Armageddon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Oit to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Mairo Kirst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armageddon's supporters rose to their feet, but Mairo Kirst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alo Laving breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mairo Kirst in the 77th minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Alo Laving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armageddon's Indrek Teraväe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alo Laving in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Indrek Teraväe's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Alo Laving on his right side and into the goal. 78 minutes into the game it was 1-3. Ken Maarjamaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alo Laving having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Vila's Roomet Heinsaar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rein Reiljan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 88th minute, Kaupo Laur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aare Kõiv in the 91st minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Rein Reiljan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vila's Alo Laving proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Vila from getting a goal against them.
