Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Allan Bramble started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Kaland in the 4th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Simon Slater to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Slater didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Daustad's Christer Kaland shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Simon Slater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Kvernmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Runar Holmgren. After 40 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Nathan Leyburn. Leicester Lions were furious when Kurt Cox was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leicester Lions fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Daustad. Sebastian Kvernmo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Simon Slater. 0-2. The Leicester Lions players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Daustad were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christer Kaland to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Daustad's Sverre Refsnes got a free kick in the 56th minute. Nathan Leyburn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Isachsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathan Leyburn in the 64th minute of the match. Simon Slater made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Christer Kaland sent off a good shot on target. After 67 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Rod Reading. Felix Bacon kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match, Lars Obrestad got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simon Slater was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 72 minutes, Ashley Hamilton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leicester Lions and the Daustad players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daustad's Alfred Isachsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathan Leyburn in the 80th minute of play. After 84 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Felix Bacon. 89 minutes into the game, Allan Bramble was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leicester Lions's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Daustad the free kick. Allan Bramble kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Simon Slater acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Runar Garberg. Runar Garberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simon Slater. Leicester Lions's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
