In the 11th minute Jeff Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Grevad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Hoberg United got a freekick which was hit by Calle Vidø. The supporters of Give Peace a Chance booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigfred Kellebjerg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th match minute, Hoberg United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erhard Dalsmark to maneuver through the defense. Merten Belzner struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Knut Grevad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Give Peace a Chance. Othmar Achterdeck hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match Hoberg United got a corner. Give Peace a Chance's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teddi Engbøl ran over to the corner to take the kick. 25 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Friedrich Hester came free, but Knut Grevad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Merten Belzner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Schumacher in the 28th minute of play forced Hoberg United's goalkeeper Knut Grevad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knut Grevad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Schumacher in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Benjamin Schumacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Grevad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hansjörg Daniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Hansjörg Daniel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hoberg United's Knut Grevad. Knut Grevad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Hoberg United booed when Give Peace a Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albo Veiser didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sigfred Kellebjerg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hoberg United's Knut Grevad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Hoberg United from getting a goal against them. Hansjörg Daniel hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Merten Belzner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Grevad having to interfere. Knut Grevad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merten Belzner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jonatan Lagrolet fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hoberg United's protests and gave Jonatan Lagrolet a yellow card for diving instead. Jonatan Lagrolet hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Jeff Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Grevad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Friedrich Hester dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Knut Grevad, 0-3. 75 minutes into the game, one of Hoberg United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Knut Grevad, was totally fooled by Give Peace a Chance's Benjamin Schumacher, who 78 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 81st minute, Sigfred Kellebjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Knut Grevad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Friedrich Hester in the 86th minute of play. Knut Grevad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hansjörg Daniel in the 89th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Hoberg United's Jonatan Lagrolet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moritz Weidt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When the match was over Give Peace a Chance could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hoberg United throughout the match.
